The company is well-equipped with complete production facilities and sophisticated production technology. At present, it has over 150 sets of processing equipments, and the angle steel towers are produced by domestically advanced CNC production line for angle steel and CNC production line for plate and plank. The 3200T double linkage electro-hydraulic synchronous CNC bending machine is capable of producing elbows and bends from plate which is -35mm thick and 12.5m long, capable of meeting the production requirements of polygonal tower. The ZDWSNC-35 rolling machine can roll the Q345 plate which is -35mm thick, 2500mm long; the welding process mainly adopts submerged arc automatic welding and carbon dioxide gas shielded arc welding, strictly in accordance with the production requirements. The application of CNC flame and plasma cutting machines ensures the processing precision and assembly precession of the parts.
The company is in possession of a first-class steel tower design and lofting R & D center which currently has 32 design and lofting personnel, among whom 7 people has senior professional titles; all the products are subject to CAD drawing and computer lofting, through which, professional design, drawing and lofting are realized. With strong technical frontiers and complete hardware and software facilities, the company has great design and drawing capabilities. The company has complete quality inspection equipment and advanced testing techniques. It currently has over 40 sets of testing equipment, and is in possession of 600KN universal tester and chemical analyzer for steel, spectrograph, ultrasonic flaw detector, brinell optical hardness tester, coating thickness tester, impact tester, sonigauge, conventional inspection devices and so forth, which are capable of performing inspection and effective control for each link from the procurement of raw materials to finished product delivery.
The company has recently introduced a hot-dipped galvanizing production line, which incorporates the world's first-grade galvanizing process and a large-scale zinc pot which zinc holding capacity of 1100 tons. The equipment configuration, technological process and energy consumption standard of the hot-dipped galvanizing production line have reached internationally advanced level as well as the domestically leading level. 8 sets of dedicated galvanizing high-speed pulse burners developed by HUCK Company have been introduced; the automatic temperature control system (Japan FUJI) renders systematic engineering and professional galvanizing furnace design, which are tailored for the steel tower galvanizing process and characterized by rapid temperature rise, ideal temperature uniformity and excellent heat insulation effects. The original combustion chamber function is adopted, which is a unique function in the industry and can ensure heat uniformity, protecting the zinc pot and promoting exhausted combustion during the burner operation. The fully automatic temperature control system and the automatic on/off of the burners realize the constant temperature control for the zinc liquid temperature and ensure galvanization quality. The advanced production equipment and environmental protection equipment used by the hot-dipped-galvanized production line effectively improves the automation and production efficiency, reduces the intensity of labor, improves the hot-dipped galvanizing production environment and reduces environmental pollution. The purpose of environmental protection, energy conservation and production cost reduction is achieved and the product quality is improved.
